Our Team

Shawn has been a physical therapist for more than 25 years, earning his Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Texas, Medical Branch. Shawn has strived to continually improve and offer elite care to every patient, and in doing so, he has achieved several specialty certifications.

Kim and Shawn have been married for almost 30 years and have 3 wonderful children.  Kim graduated from The University of Texas Medical Branch one year ahead of Shawn, earning her master’s degree in physical therapy.  Kim has worked in a variety of therapy set

Candice has 10 years of experience as a physical therapist working in a variety of settings including acute care, rehab, and outpatient.

Ryan graduated from Andrews University in Michigan with his doctorate in Physical Therapy and is a certified McKenzie Therapist. With hands-on training from world class neurology and orthopedic facilities, he brings the latest evidence-based research into his daily practice.

Ashley graduated from Daemen College in Buffalo, NY with her doctorate in Physical Therapy and a bachelor’s degree in Natural Science.

Michelle graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.  She has over 10 years of experience working in the outpatient physical therapy field and is here to answer your questions about insurance or the physical therapy process.

Jen is the friendly part-time receptionist. She enjoys answering questions, scheduling patients, and loves to see our patients improve and become pain free. Jen homeschools her two sons and loves to crochet in her spare time.  

Raven billing is responsible for handing all our patient insurance claims.  Locally owned, Raven Billing verifies physical therapy benefits and submits our claims to insurance companies.
